PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) _ Bank of Princeton (BPRN) on Thursday reported net income of $3.7 million in its third quarter.
The Princeton, New Jersey-based bank said it had earnings of 54 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $16.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $11.8 million, which missed Street forecasts.
Bank of Princeton shares have increased slightly more than 1% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $28.25, a fall of nearly 5% in the last 12 months.
