Bay Alarm Reinvests in Company’s Growth with Move to New Corporate Office

After 70 years in business, Bay Alarm, the largest independently owned and operated alarm company in the United States, has moved its corporate office to the former Heald College building in Concord, Calif., serving as a testament to their commitment to reinvesting in the company’s – and their employees’ – growth.

This move nearly doubles Bay Alarm’s corporate office space (formerly located in Pacheco), and comes as a result of the company’s 30+ percent increase in customers and employees over the past 10 years.

“Protecting what people hold most dear is a serious responsibility. Our success at Bay Alarm is the direct result of our employees’ expertise and dedication to excellent personalized service,” said Matt Westphal, Co-President at Bay Alarm. “The move to a larger space is an investment in our employees and our customers. We’ve been able to build a state-of-the-art training center, ensuring all our employees, at all levels, continue to grow and deliver peace of mind to our customers.”

Since its start, Bay Alarm has proved to be an integral part of the community. It has created jobs, protected homes and businesses, and has given back to the communities it serves.

“Bay Alarm was founded on the principles of protecting and giving back to our communities, which continue to be the major tenets we operate on today,” said Westphal. “We’re dedicated to keeping our communities educated, safe and protected.”

The company contributes to organizations that benefit education, children’s hospitals, youth athletics and law enforcement agencies.
