BAYONNE, N.J., July 11, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), Bayonne, NJ (BCBP), the holding company for BCB Bank (the “Bank”), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable August 23, 2019, to common shareholders of record on August 9, 2019.
“Paying a regular quarterly cash dividend is an important component to rewarding shareholders,” said Thomas Coughlin, President and Chief Executive Officer. At the stock price of $12.92 per share at the close of the market on July 10, 2019, the current dividend equates to a yield of 4.33% on an annualized basis.
