JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) _ Bel Fuse Inc. (BELFA) on Thursday reported first-quarter net income of $1.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Jersey City, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 8 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 20 cents per share.
The maker of electronic products for circuits posted revenue of $125.4 million in the period.
Bel Fuse shares have increased 50% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 15% in the last 12 months.
