Aegis defending Facebook Inc (NASDAQ: FB), says although the Cambridge Analytica crisis will linger for some time, they see a pullback in shares as a buying opportunity as Zuckerberg did well in Tuesday’s testimony; believes co. is unlikely to see an exodus in users.
Buckingham Research Group initiates coverage on Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) with a Buy rating and $170 price target implying 17 percent upside including dividend; Says stock underperformance since Q4 earnings present buying opportunity as co. is in early stages of expansion and is positioned to see over 30 percent EPS growth this year.
Tigress Research downgrades VeriFone Systems, Inc. (NYSE: PAY) from Buy to Neutral after co. entered into agreement with Francisco Partners to be acquired for 54 percent premium; Believes co. will not receive a higher offer during the “go shop” period expiring May 24.
