BG Staffing: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

PLANO, Texas (AP) _ BG Staffing Inc. (BGSF) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $4.9 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

The Plano, Texas-based company said it had profit of 47 cents per share.

The staffing company posted revenue of $72 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $17.6 million, or $1.79 per share. Revenue was reported as $286.9 million.

BG Staffing shares have increased 29 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 56 percent in the last 12 months.
