Biden blasts Trump's handling of vaccine, urges patience

BETHESDA, Md., Feb 11 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Bidencriticized the coronavirus vaccination program he inherited fromhis predecessor, Donald Trump, on Thursday and urged Americansto have patience as he fixes it.

"We're not going to have everything fixed for a while, butwe're going to fix it," Biden said in remarks at the NationalInstitutes of Health. He said the U.S. government has signedcontracts for 100 million doses of the Moderna vaccineand 100 million more from Pfizer.
