Bioanalytical Systems files amended Form 10-K and 10-Q with SEC

Bioanalytical Systems announced that it has filed amended quarterly and annual reports with the SEC, including Form 10-K/A for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2011 and 2012, Form 10-Q/A for the three months ended December 31, 2011 and 2012, and Form 10-Q/A for the three and six months ended March 31, 2012 and 2013. The company currently expects to file with the SEC its Form 10-Q for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2013 by October 18.
