TITLE AT APPLE: Senior vice president of retail
JOINED APPLE: April 2012. His predecessor, Ron Johnson, left to become the CEO of J.C. Penney Co.
EARLIER CAREER: He joined Apple after serving as CEO at European technology retailer Dixons Retail from 2007. He also held executive positions at Tesco PLC.
EDUCATION: A degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University in the U.K. and an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
