ELMSFORD, N.Y. (AP) -- BioScrip Inc. completed its $70 million acquisition of HomeChoice Partners Inc., a DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. subsidiary that provides non-hospital infusion services.
BioScrip, based in Elmsford, N.Y., said Monday that HomeChoice generates about $70 million in annual revenue and serves roughly 15,000 patients in Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina, among other states. HomeChoice is based in Norfolk, Va., and has 14 infusion pharmacy locations.
BioScrip provides infusion and home care services.
Its shares finished at $11.24 on Friday. They have traded in a 52-week range of $6.11 almost a year ago and $11.99 on Jan. 25.
