On a per-share basis, the Malvern, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 16 cents per share.
The heart monitoring device maker posted revenue of $55.9 million in the period.
BioTelemetry shares have increased 49 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $33.20, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
