Bitter rivals? Here's proof Tom Brady and Peyton Manning are actually friends

It looked like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning were bitter rivals during their playing careers. Between chasing the same records and the tough head-to-head matchups, the two were constantly competing against each other.

But that doesn’t mean they hate each other. Turns out, Brady and Manning are actually friends. How do we know that? Brady told us.

Where are they and what are they doing? We don’t know yet. But given Brady’s hesitancy to reveal more, maybe we’ll find out in a few months. Was it a commercial? A documentary? An appearance on Manning’s ESPN+ show?

The friend news shouldn’t necessarily come as a surprise. It’s something Brady has said before. In 2011, Brady not only called Manning a friend, but added that Manning was the greatest of all time.

While Brady and Manning played more than their fair share of tough games against each other, there is clearly a mutual admiration between the two. Maybe we’ll find out more about that relationship when they reveal what brought them together Wednesday.
