LAWRENCE, Pa. (AP) _ Black Box Corp. (BBOX) on Thursday reported a loss of $9.7 million in its fiscal first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Lawrence, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 65 cents. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs and amortization costs, came to 33 cents per share.
The communications equipment supplier posted revenue of $191.6 million in the period.
Black Box shares have dropped 51 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $7.45, a decrease of 46 percent in the last 12 months.
