LAWRENCE, Pa. (AP) _ Black Box Corp. (BBOX) on Tuesday reported a loss of $1.8 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
The Lawrence, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and restructuring costs, were 7 cents per share.
The communications equipment supplier posted revenue of $208.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $7.1 million, or 47 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $855.7 million.
Black Box shares have dropped 35 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $9.90, a decline of 29 percent in the last 12 months.
