RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) _ Black Hills Corp. (BKH) on Monday reported first-quarter earnings of $93.2 million.
On a per-share basis, the Rapid City, South Dakota-based company said it had net income of $1.51. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were $1.59 per share.
The energy company posted revenue of $537.1 million in the period.
Black Hills expects full-year earnings in the range of $3.45 to $3.65 per share.
Black Hills shares have dropped 24% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $59.92, a decline of 17% in the last 12 months.
