Blake Lively Channels Serena van der Woodsen on the Met Steps in Chanel
Blake Lively knows that, to a lot of her fans, she'll always be Serena van der Woodsen. Taking to Instagram this weekend, the actress referenced the fact that her beloved Gossip Girl character could often be found on the steps of the Met on New York's Upper East Side.
Lively just so happens to be wearing a stunning, sparkly ensemble by Chanel in the photo, having attended Chanel's latest Metiers d'Art show.
As usual, Blake Lively proved that she's very much in on the joke, by referencing the iconic character she played in Gossip Girl in her latest Instagram post. Lively was, of course, Serena van der Woodsen, and each week she got to showcase some truly incredibly style.
In the brilliant Instagram post, Lively shared a photo of herself, along with the caption, "Spotted: S, back on the steps of the Met," in reference to the way that Kristen Bell's Gossip Girl voice used to narrate every episode.
Wearing Chanel, Lively looked as impeccable as ever:

Lively was photographed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on New York's Upper East Side, attending Chanel's latest Metiers d'Art show on December 4.
And the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress wasn't the only celeb in attendance, either. Also spotted at the show were Julianne Moore, Penelope Cruz, Lily Rose Depp, Janelle Monae, Diane Kruger, Margot Robbie, and Marion Cotillard.
