The Web services firm formerly known as InfoSpace said Q2 EPS fell 16.7% to 20 cents, missing views by 4 cents. But revenue rose 16% to $117.2 mil, beating views of $114.8 mil. Blucora (BCOR) expects Q3 per-share loss of 2 to 4 cents. Analysts are expecting a 3-cent loss. The company also announced it agreed to acquire Monoprice, a Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based e-commerce vendor, for $180 mil in cash. Shares rose 7.1%.
