Boeing (BA) Dips More Than Broader Markets: What You Should Know

Boeing (BA) closed at $151.82 in the latest trading session, marking a -1.2% move from the prior day. This change lagged the S&P 500's daily loss of 1.07%. Meanwhile, the Dow lost 1.07%, and the Nasdaq, a tech-heavy index, lost 0.07%.

Prior to today's trading, shares of the airplane builder had lost 7.71% over the past month. This has lagged the Aerospace sector's loss of 3.77% and the S&P 500's loss of 3.49% in that time.

Boeing will be looking to display strength as it nears its next earnings release. In that report, analysts expect Boeing to post earnings of $0.27 per share.
