BOSTON (AP) _ Boston Private Financial Holdings Inc. (BPFH) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $19.4 million.
The Boston-based bank said it had earnings of 22 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $103.1 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $81.8 million, which missed Street forecasts.
Boston Private Financial shares have increased 12% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $11.84, a fall of 19% in the last 12 months.
