Brazilian pharma Teuto files for IPO

SAO PAULO, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Brazilian pharmaceuticalcompany Laboratorio Teuto Brasileiro SA has filed for an initialpublic offering with securities industry regulator CVM.

The offering, filed late on Friday, will be managed by theinvestment banking units of Itau Unibanco Holding SA, BancoSantander Brasil SA, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Banco Bradesco SA,Bank of America and Goldman Sachs.(Reporting by Tatiana Bautzer; Editing by Will Dunham)
