Brazil's BTG Pactual profit jumps on investment banking, trading

SAO PAULO, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Latin America's largest investment bank Banco BTG Pactual SA reported a 42% rise in fourth-quarter net income on Friday on higher revenues across all business units, such as investment banking and trading.

Recurring net income, which excludes one-time items, came in at 1.010 billion reais ($232.17 million), meeting analysts' expectations, according to a Refinitiv consensus of 1.017 billion reais. ($1 = 4.3503 reais) (Reporting by Carolina Mandl; editing by David Evans)
