SAO PAULO, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Brazilian airline Gol announced an exclusive codeshare agreement with American Airlines valid for three years, adding that the U.S. company will make a $200 million equity investment in the company as part of the agreement, according to a securities filing on Wednesday.
