Brazil's Linx shareholders approve StoneCo bid; talks on some points continue

SAO PAULO, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Shareholders in Brazilian software firm Linx SA agreed in a meeting on Tuesday to back a takeover offer proposed by card processor StoneCo Ltd , two sources familiar with the matter said.

They approved the key first item in the voting session, which asks if shareholders approve or not StoneCo offer. Still, shareholders in Linx were continuing talks over certain details of the proposal.
