Brighton College Signs Articulation Agreement with Royal Roads University

Brighton College, a Vancouver-Based Vocational School and Career College, Has Recently Signed an Articulation Agreement With Royal Roads University

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2014) - Brighton College, a Vancouver-based vocational school and career college, has recently announced its articulation agreement with Royal Roads University.

According to the new agreement, Brighton College students who successfully complete the 75 week Hospitality Management with Co-op diploma may apply to transfer their courses as a block to Royal Roads University's Global Tourism and Management Bachelor's degree.

Royal Roads University's Bachelor of Arts in Global Tourism Management is a degree completion program that allows students to complete years 3 and 4 in one year or two years on-campus in Victoria, British Columbia. The program focuses on global tourism opportunities as well as social entrepreneurship, management skills and leadership to ensure students have the tools, knowledge and skill set to be successful in the industry.

The new articulation agreement offers additional opportunities for international students. International students may now take the equivalent of their first two years at Brighton College, and then finish their bachelor's degree at Royal Roads University, giving them the credentials they need to apply for a post graduate work permit.

Brighton College offers three hospitality programs: a 75 week Hospitality Management Diploma with a 36 week co-op, and a 48 week Hospitality Management Diploma with a 12 week co-op and a 24 week Hospitality Operations Certificate. All hospitality programs are currently accepting applications from international and domestic students.
