HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) _ Brookfield Property Partners LP (BPY) on Thursday reported third-quarter net income of $380 million.

The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had net income of 43 cents per share.

The real estate company posted revenue of $1.1 billion in the period.

Brookfield Property shares have dropped 13 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 17 percent in the last 12 months.
