CACI Supports DISA Info Sharing Program

Zacks Equity Research

CACI International Inc (CACI) announced that it had secured a $45 million order in first quarter fiscal 2014 to support Defense Information Systems Agency’s (:DISA) Multinational Information Sharing (:MNIS) Program Management Office (PMO).

Leveraging its position in the Enterprise IT market, CACI International will provide network engineering and a wide array of other support services to MNIS PMO’s classified networks and also provide design, transition, and operations (DTO) services to DISA’s MNIS Program. Additionally, the company’s skilled team will help to leverage the existing organizational practices and procedures and augment them with the company’s ISO 20000-certified processes and procedures. This new contract will facilitate DISA to effectively consume and share information with coalition and mission partners.
Moving forward, CACI International is expected to augment its revenues with the current contract. CACI International has a huge pipeline of new projects and continues to win deals at regular intervals. These contract wins are key growth catalysts for the company. In addition, as the U.S. government is one of the company’s biggest clients, it lends stability to the business with a steady revenue stream.

Based in Arlington, VA, CACI International delivers IT applications and infrastructure to improve communications and secure the integrity of information systems and networks; enhance data collection and analysis; and increase efficiency and mission effectiveness. CACI International’s system-integration skills and intelligence expertise consume a significant portion of the funds earmarked for the Department of Homeland Security, while creating systems that facilitate sharing of critical information among all intelligence agencies.

CACI International currently has a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold). Other stocks  worth considering in the industry include Lionbridge Technologies Inc (LIOX) and  Syntel, Inc. (SYNT), both carrying a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) and Computer Science Corp. (CSC), holding a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy).
