MP MENASHE, Israel (AP) _ CaesarStone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (CSTE) on Wednesday reported a first-quarter loss of $405,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Mp Menashe, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 8 cents per share.
The maker of quartz surface slabs posted revenue of $128.2 million in the period.
CaesarStone expects full-year revenue in the range of $580 million to $600 million.
CaesarStone shares have climbed 11% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 18% in the last 12 months.
