If you’re looking for some fitspo to get you through your New Year’s workout resolution, meet super-fit mom Jessica Enslow.

She may be the proud owner of an epic six-pack who happily shares her fitness tips with her 122,000 Instagram followers, but it’s not just her incredible body that has people shocked.

The outrageously toned Instagram star is also mother to seven (yes, seven) kids and has social media giving her serious props for staying fit, juggling motherhood, and being so dedicated to her health.

For those wondering just how old Enslow is, well, she’s 43.

After giving birth to her first child at 19 in 1994, the Utah mom went on to welcome six more children into the brood, giving birth to her youngest in 2013. With four kids from her first marriage, and three from her second, Enslow reveals she started working out at home, before training with a professional.

“Now, my hubby & I have it set up where 3 days/week we go while they are all in school,” she revealed on Instagram. “I do cardio before anyone is awake on Mondays & we plan on going on Saturdays & will have an older child help out for a bit. It’s been an adjustment for us, but it’s working really well for now.”

With Enslow often getting mistaken for her 23-year-old daughter Alyssa, the mother has figured out exactly what works for her.

“I’ve realized that if you find something you love, you’re more likely to stick with it!” she told her followers. I now know I pretty much hate plyometrics & running, but I love #weighttraining & #cardio on the elliptical.”

“I’m done following the trends & fads that come & go… I know that any form of cardio will work & luckily for me, weight lifting will help sculpt & shape your physique nicely.”
