Canada trade minister says commited to trilateral NAFTA talks

MEXICO CITY, March 16 (Reuters) - Canada is committed to keeping the North American Free Trade Agreement as a trilateral accord, Canada's Trade Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne said on Thursday at an event in Mexico City.

Champagne said that talks should take place between all three nations: Canada, Mexico and the United States. U.S. President Donald Trump has said he will call for a renegotiation of the free trade deal between the three countries.
