NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ Capstar Financial Holdings Inc. (CSTR) on Wednesday reported first-quarter earnings of $4.8 million.
The bank, based in Nashville, Tennessee, said it had earnings of 25 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 28 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $27.7 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $21.7 million, which fell short of Street forecasts.
Capstar Financial shares have climbed 6 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $15.63, a fall of 19 percent in the last 12 months.
