TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 18, 2013) - Centerra Gold Inc. (CG.TO) will host a conference call and webcast of its 2013 first quarter financial and operating results at 11:00AM (Toronto time) on Thursday, May 9, 2013. The results are scheduled to be released after the market closes on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.

The Company will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 10:00AM (Toronto time).
