GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (AP) _ Century Communities Inc. (CCS) on Tuesday reported third-quarter profit of $27 million.
The Greenwood Village, Colorado-based company said it had net income of 87 cents per share.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 87 cents per share.
The single-family homebuilder posted revenue of $590.4 million in the period.
Century Communities shares have increased 85% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $31.90, a rise of 55% in the last 12 months.
