As COO, Farrell will lead the company's strategic operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, performance management and accelerated growth. Farrell most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Burch Creative Capital.
With over twenty years of diverse, progressive experience, including twelve years in executive level positions with public and privately held companies, Farrell brings a new depth of knowledge to Charitybuzz's management team.

Prior to Burch Creative Capital, he served as the Vice President, Finance & Operations Planning for J.Crew Group, Inc. where he led the strategic, financial and operations planning for the growth initiatives for all J.Crew brands and channels.
Farrell graduated with honors in Accounting from Temple University, holds an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
