Chase posts profit of $10.4 million in 1st quarter
WESTWOOD, Mass. (AP) _ Chase Corp. (CCF) on Wednesday reported fiscal first-quarter net income of $10.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Westwood, Massachusetts-based company said it had net income of $1.10.
The protective materials maker posted revenue of $61.4 million in the period.
Chase shares have risen roughly 6 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $88.30, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
