The Sherman Oaks, California-based company said it had a loss of 65 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs and non-recurring costs, were 1 cent per share.
The brand management company posted revenue of $7.1 million in the period.
Cherokee expects full-year revenue in the range of $25 million to $26.5 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit 87 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $3.63.
