SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. (AP) _ Cherokee Inc. (APEX) on Thursday reported a loss of $1.1 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.
The Sherman Oaks, California-based company said it had a loss of 21 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were 37 cents per share.
The brand management company posted revenue of $5.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $11.5 million, or $2.12 per share. Revenue was reported as $21 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit 55 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.37.
