Chick-fil-A President Strikes Again: 'We Support Biblical Families'
Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy caused quite a stir this summer when he spoke out against gay marriage, saying that redefining traditional marriage is "inviting God's judgment on our nation."
Now, in one of his first interviews since the kerfuffle, Cathy is reiterating his stance.
He talked to 11Alive's Matt Pearl last weekend at the Cathy family's ranch.

"Families are very important to our country," Cathy said. "And they're very important to those of us who are concerned about being able to hang on to our heritage.
"We support Biblical families, and they've always been a part of that."
The company has made multiple attempts to clarify its stance since the initial controversy.
Its latest was on September 20 in response to Chicago alderman Joe Moreno's claim that Chick-fil-A had agreed to stop funding anti-gay marriage groups.
The statement says:
A part of our corporate commitment is to be responsible stewards of all that God has entrusted to us. Because of this commitment, Chick-fil-A’s giving heritage is focused on programs that educate youth, strengthen families and enrich marriages, and support communities. We will continue to focus our giving in those areas. Our intent is not to support political or social agendas.
