Child star Shaun Weiss of Disney's 'Mighty Ducks' arrested for shoplifting 3 months after previous arrest

Shaun Weiss, best known as Greg Goldberg in Disney's "The Mighty Ducks" franchise, was arrested in November for allegedly shoplifting $200 worth of merchandise from a Los Angeles Rite Aid, TMZ reports.

This is the latest in a string of arrests for Weiss, who appeared on "Boy Meets World," "Sabrina the Teenage Witch," "The King of Queens" and a slew of other 90s shows. He was most recently booked for public intoxication in August 2018, after which he checked into rehab.

Ahead of entering rehab, Weiss, 40, posted on Facebook that he was "below rock bottom," writing, "I have surrendered to the reality that without immediate treatment my life is in eminant [sic] danger."

Disney / Oroville Police Department

In 2017, Weiss was arrested for possession of meth as well as theft.

Weiss' most recent major film role was in 2008's "Drillbit Taylor," starring Owen Wilson. In more recent years, he launched a seemingly autobiographical TV series playing a character of his own name, according to IMDb.
