BEIJING (AP) _ China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (SNP) on Tuesday reported earnings of $2.19 billion in its first quarter.
The Beijing-based company said it had net income of $1.81 per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for extraordinary items, came to $1.76 per share.
The energy and chemical company posted revenue of $106.34 billion in the period.
China Petro&Chm shares have risen 8% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 22% in the last 12 months.
