Chinese mobile firms boost supplier demand, Bloomberg reports

As Nokia Oyj (NOK) and Sony (SNE) stumble, the companies that supply their factories have suffered. Now, those suppliers have a new outlet: Chinese brands with growing appeal to domestic buyers, reports Bloomberg. Five of the top six mobile-phone brands in China are domestic. With their growing sales of phones, tablet computers and Internet-linked TVs, companies such as Lenovo Group (LNVGY), ZTE Corp. (ZTCOY), and Xiaomi Corp. are giving a lift to Wistron Corp., FIH Mobile (FXCNY) and other contract manufacturers and component makers.
