Choice Hotels' Cambria Suites in Plano
Choice Hotels International Inc. (CHH) is set to open a new hotel under its contemporary brand — Cambria Suites — in Plano, Texas in association with O'Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC. The new property, named Cambria Suites Plano, will be the first Cambria branded property in the city.
Plano is one of the most crowded cities in the U.S. The city is a key commercial hub and home to various renowned companies such as Alliance Data Systems (ADS), Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (DPS) and Cinemark Holdings Inc. (CNK). This could be the reason behind Choice Hotels’ decision to bring its Cambria Suites brand to the city.
Ideally positioned on the Legacy office of Plano, the 129-suite hotel will be in proximity to the retail district. Cambria Suites Plano will feature various amenities including a restaurant, swimming pool, spa and a 2,400 square feet meeting space. The strategic location will enable the hotel to create a strong guest base, going ahead.

Since its launch in 2005, the brand has built a substantial development pipeline and is poised to benefit from the increase in demand for hotels in the U.S., going forward. To date, 19 Cambria Suites branded properties are operating domestically.
Apart from this new hotel, O'Reilly Hospitality Management will also be engaged in developing a new Cambria Suites branded property in Phoenix, AZ. Under the banner of Choice Hotel, these properties get to reap the benefits of its much greater scale, its industry leading reservations and marketing system, as well as the rewards from its loyalty program.
