DALLAS (AP) _ CIM Commercial Trust Corp. (CMCT) on Monday reported first-quarter net income of $291.8 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Dallas-based company said it had net income of $6.30. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 3 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $47.3 million in the period.
CIM Commercial Trust shares have risen 27% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $19.35, an increase of 28% in the last 12 months.
