DALLAS (AP) _ CIM Commercial Trust Corp. (CMCT) on Monday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $906,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Dallas-based company said it had a loss of 11 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $50.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $1.1 million, or 33 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $197.7 million.
CIM Commercial Trust shares have risen 21 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $18.39, an increase of 18 percent in the last 12 months.
