DUNDALK COUNTY LOUTH, Ireland (AP) _ Cimpress NV (CMPR) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $34.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Dundalk County Louth, Ireland-based company said it had net income of $1.09 per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to $1.28 per share.
The marketing materials maker posted revenue of $674.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $95.1 million, or $3 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.75 billion.
Cimpress shares have fallen almost 7% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $96.45, a fall of 34% in the last 12 months.
