MANSFIELD, Pa. (AP) _ Citizens Financial Services Inc. (CZFS) on Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $3.2 million.
The Mansfield, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 95 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $13.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $12 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $12.6 million, or $3.78 per share. Revenue was reported as $45.9 million.
Citizens Financial Services shares have declined roughly 4 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 6 percent in the last 12 months.
