SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Clarus Corporation (NASDAQ: CLAR) (“Clarus” and/or the “Company”), announced that it intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 2,750,000 shares of common stock registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Company also expects to grant to the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 412,500 shares of common stock.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including repayment of debt, capital expenditures and potential acquisitions.
BofA Securities is acting as lead book-running manager and representative of the underwriters for the offering. Stifel, Raymond James and Roth Capital Partners are also acting as book-running managers.
