Initially marketed to clients as a custom solution, Audience Relationship Management (ARM) combines location-based data with numerous 1st & 3rd party commercial data sources, allowing brands to identify their target customers within a crowded marketplace. ARM provides insights on how to target and engage consumers in the places and times most relevant to them and with messages that resonate with their needs, wants, interests and desires.
ARM is meant to help define custom audience segments that can be micro-targeted by genre, and hyper-local via location based insights. ARM can also help enhance proprietary CRM databases with ARM specific signals and insights. This process enables real-time decision-making, budgeting and media buying independence.
Executing a successful ARM strategy starts by building an audience using accurate, precise data at scale. It then moves to engagement with that audience via an omni-channel media buying capability and concludes with reporting and analytics all viewed in a unified dashboard.
