COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 11, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Cloudseed International Fund (Cloudseed) has obtained an exemplar I-526 approval from the USCIS for its first EB-5 project, The District at Linworth. "We are proud to bring foreign investment to Central Ohio. While immigration remains a hotly debated topic, the EB-5 program supports local economies by creating hundreds of thousands of jobs and brings in billions of foreign investment dollars annually," says Mr. Patil, the CEO of the Cloudseed International Fund.
The I-526 Petition approval is the first step for foreign investors seeking to become permanent residents of the United States. The approval confirms Cloudseed's EB-5 proposal for The District at Linworth project has met the federal government's economic development and job-creation criteria. Cloudseed assists qualified foreign investors by preparing project-related documents including the EB-5 specific business plan, economic job-creating report, and other financial diligence analysis. The EB-5 investors work closely with their immigration counsel to present their qualifications to clear the rigorous United State Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) process.
The District at Linworth is in the highly sought after school district of Worthington, Ohio. The project developer, Vision Communities, is well experienced in creating unique luxury apartment communities.
Cloudseed has also begun their second EB-5 raise, the LeVeque Tower Residences and LVQ Apartments, a luxury project by Kaufman Development. Completed in 1927, the newly renovated LeVeque Tower is an art deco masterpiece—providing the central focus to Columbus' skyline.
Cloudseed was approved by the USCIS in early 2014 to operate as an EB-5 Regional Center. Cloudseed acts as a Private Equity Fund to pool the foreign investment and to offer alternative financing to Central Ohio, job-creating ventures.
The Cloudseed International Fund is committed to providing an exceptional level of service and building lasting relationships through trust and transparency.
