The Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 47 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 51 cents per share.
The natural gas assets owner posted revenue of $72.2 million in the period.
CNX Midstream shares have dropped almost 5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 18% in the last 12 months.
