Coach USA buys 9 Coach America companies

DALLAS (AP) -- Coach USA has wrapped up its purchase of nine Coach America companies.

New Jersey-based Coach USA on Monday said the bus line deal announced May 18 has been completed. Further terms were not immediately released.

The agreement includes Texas-based Kerrville Bus Company, with offices in Austin, San Antonio and suburban Dallas.

The other eight companies are All West Coachlines, American Coach Lines of Atlanta, Coach America of Elko, Coach America of Gillette, Dillon's Bus Service, Grayline, Lakefront Line Inc. and Raz Transportation.

Coach USA says it now operates more than 2,500 buses across 30 companies in North America. The companies include charters, airport shuttles, sightseeing operators, commuter services and megabus.com
